CV. Agar Sari Jaya was founded in 1998 when Mr. Christianto began to process the Gracilaria Seaweed SP into agar-agar powder at Jl.Tenaga Baru II no 9 Malang - East Java. We were known as UD Caraagenan Indonesia (Mutiara Laut Jaya). In 2001 we changed our name to CV. Agar Sari Jaya for expansion purpose.

Two years later, we have established our second fabric in Purwosari, East Java. Aside from that, we also implemented ISO system and granted ISO certificate from PT Kema, this shows our continuous effort to excel in services and products in order to satisfy our customers in confectionary industries.

With 5 years in agar industry, we are now ready to expand our market share local and globally. Currently with capacity of 20 tons of agar agar production per month. We plan to increase our production capacity with our third fabric in Lawang (East Java) under construction. We aim to meet the increasing demands of agar-agar powder for both local and global market.
